Species: Willowsia buski (Lubbock, 1869). Scarce.
One of the few sprinstaarten that you come across inside your home, under flower pots.
That was also my first place to find it, later also on the outdoor compost bin.
The body is lead-gray, head is lighter and also the collar of long hair is light in color.
