Species: Vertagopus arboreus (Linnaeus, 1758). Moderately common and wide spread.
In the sun or with the flash you see beautiful rainbow colors on the back of the animal due to the dense hair cover,

The young animals are purplish pink.
Generally the animals walk agile on timber and stones.
