Sminthurinus aureus, information

Species: Sminthurinus aureus (Lubbock, 1862). Scarce.

This species I always find under loose tree branches on the ground, even if it freezes I still find these animals. It looks like Bourletiella arvalis but is to be distinguished by the fourth antennal element that at arvalis is divided into smaller pieces and at aureus is one piece.
