Species: Sminthurus viridis Linnaeus, 1758. Very common, widespread.

A striking springtail by the bright yellow, brown or green color. Sturdy ball that pretty good stands out. Characteristic, I think is the what spotty appearance by the light spots that shine through the already light skin.
Species that can be confused with it are: Sminthurus nigromaculatus.
